Welcome to the Shawnee Ridge Homeowners Association’s Official Website. We are a community of beautiful homes located in Puyallup, WA. near Shaw Road overlooking the Orting Valley with amazing views of Mt. Rainier. This site is intended to help current and prospective homeowners learn more about our community. Also, we have supplied you with links, which will allow you to easily view our governing documents, contact our HOA administrator (JCHiggins & Associates) and obtain an ACC change request form.

2025 Board Meetings
Board Meetings are scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month in 2025. (Click here for meeting dates)
Homeowners are welcome to attend any of these meetings. However, if there are no agenda items for a particular month, the meeting may be canceled. Please contact us to confirm the meeting is still on
2025 Compliance Inspections
There are four compliance inspections scheduled on the following dates:
February 18th, April 22nd, June 24th, and August 26th
